1. Your Account and Identity

• Registration: You must provide accurate information when creating an identity on Opersona.
• Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password. Because we utilize cryptographic keys linked to your credentials, losing or resetting your password may result in the permanent loss of access to previously encrypted messages.
• Account Liability: You are strictly liable for all activities and content published under your account.

2. Content Ownership and License

You retain complete ownership of any text, images, or video content you post to the Platform. However, to operate the network, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Host, store, and publicly display your content.
• Transcode, reformat, and distribute your media (such as converting videos into multi-resolution HLS streams) across our global CDN edge nodes for optimal delivery.
• Allow other users to share, interact with, and comment on your content via built-in platform features.

3. Community Guidelines and Moderation

Opersona employs a tiered moderation system to ensure a safe community environment. By using the Platform, you agree to adhere to our community standards. Violations may result in automated or manual administrative actions, including:

• Content Quarantine: Hiding specific posts from the global feed while remaining visible on your profile.
• Rate Limiting: Restricting the number of posts you can make within a 24-hour period (e.g., Tier 2 restrictions).
• Ghosting: Severe violations (Tier 5) may result in your account being silently restricted from interacting with others or posting public content.
• Termination: We reserve the right to permanently terminate or ban accounts at our sole discretion for illegal activity, harassment, or severe terms violations.

4. Virtual Currency (O-Coins)

The Platform may offer a virtual currency ("O-Coins") used to tip creators or unlock digital features. O-Coins have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash from Ultra Digital Companies, LLC, and are non-transferable outside of the Platform's designated tipping mechanics. All purchases of O-Coins are final and non-refundable.

5. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the network will always be safe, secure, or error-free, or that it will function without disruptions, delays, or imperfections. Ultra Digital Companies, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform or loss of data (including encrypted messages).

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
